Description / Use

Modified HTF Medium is a synthetic, defined solution for procedures which include the retrieval, handling and transfer of human gametes and embryos. mHTF is composed of a HEPES and sodium bicarbonate buffering system, making it ideal for use in ambient atmosphere conditions. It requires protein supplementation before use.
