Description / Use

Embryo Biopsy Medium is for temporary culture and holding of day 3 embryos during biopsy. It is an ideal environment for 4-10 cell embryos that will have blastomeres removed for pre-implantation genetic screening or diagnosis.

Contains:

• HEPES-buffered HTF without Ca2+ and Mg2+.
• EDTA as chelating agent.
• Human serum albumin (5 mg/mL).
• Gentamicin sulfate (10µg/mL).

Quality Control Testing:

• Store at 2-8℃
• Shelf Life 180 days from date of manufacture.
