Description / Use

Complete Early Cleavage Medium® (ECM®) is intended for use in culturing human gametes during fertilization (IVF) and growth of embryos through Day 3 of development. ECM® is a modification of P-1® Medium that contains glucose, alanyl-glutamine and EDTA, components shown to benefit human embryo development. ECM® is bicarbonate based and is designed for procedures utilizing a CO2 incubator.

Available in 2 x 20 mL configuration. Already supplemented with protein (10% DSS) for a final total macromolecule concentration of 7 mg/mL.

Quality Control Testing:

• Store at 2-8℃
• Shelf Life 120 days from date of manufacture.
