Sperm Washing Medium supports all steps of sperm preparation prior to fertilization, whether it is IUI, IVF, or other ART procedures. It is designed to maintain sperm quality on the tabletop without CO2 incubation. Sperm Washing Medium provides lot-to-lot consistency for sperm processing through its quality formulation, which is stringently tested by mouse embryo assay (MEA).

• Formulation: HEPES-buffered HTF with human serum albumin.
• Does not contain antibiotics.
• CE Marked.

Quality Control Testing:

• Endotoxin by Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL).
• Mouse Embryo Assay.
• Sterility by the current USP, CFR or Ph. Eur. Sterility Test.
• pH.
• Osmolality.
